Responsible AI Statement

My Waypoint Technologies Inc. uses artificial intelligence and automated tools in some of our internal operations and data processing workflows. This Responsible AI Statement describes how we use AI, the principles that guide our AI practices, and our commitments to responsible use.

Some AI workloads may be processed using systems operated and controlled by My Waypoint Technologies Inc., including self-hosted infrastructure and locally operated AI models. Customer personal information is not automatically shared with third-party AI providers unless such processing is required for a service expressly requested by a customer or is otherwise disclosed.

Our AI use is guided by the following principles:

• Transparency — we disclose AI use that is relevant to our customers and users
• Human oversight — AI-generated outputs that affect customers or external parties are subject to human review before use
• Accountability — we maintain internal governance over AI tools and workflows
• Privacy — AI use is consistent with our Privacy Policy and data governance practices
• No fabrication — we do not use AI to fabricate data, certifications, compliance claims, or legal content

My Waypoint Technologies Inc. uses AI tools in the following ways:

• Data processing assistance — AI tools assist with data normalization, enrichment, and quality review in our data pipeline operations. This is disclosed in the CleanMyData privacy policy as "AI-assisted processing."
• Software development & deployment assistance — AWS Q Developer is used as the primary external AI platform for software development, deployment, platform configuration and security assistance.
• Productivity assistance — Microsoft Copilot is used for internal productivity tasks.
• Company-operated AI infrastructure — Some AI workloads are processed using infrastructure operated and controlled by My Waypoint Technologies Inc., including locally hosted AI models and self-managed computing environments. Such systems may be used for software development, data processing, research, testing, automation, and productivity functions. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and governed by internal security and privacy controls.
• Internal workflow automation — AI tools assist with internal development, content drafting, and operational tasks.

AI workloads may be processed using infrastructure located in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where authorized service providers operate. Certain AI workloads may also be processed on infrastructure directly operated by My Waypoint Technologies Inc. When personal information is processed outside Canada, it may become subject to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

My Waypoint Technologies Inc. uses AI systems as assistive technologies within certain operational, development, and productivity workflows.

Human oversight, review, validation, or intervention may be applied based on the nature of the task, associated risks, and operational requirements.

AI-generated outputs are not automatically considered accurate, complete, or authoritative solely because they were produced by an AI system.

My Waypoint Technologies Inc. does not use AI to:

• Train public AI models on customer data without explicit authorization
• Make automated decisions with legal or significant effects on individuals without human review
• Fabricate data, certifications, compliance claims, or legal content
• Generate or publish legal policy text without qualified legal counsel review
• Replace qualified professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)

Unless specifically authorized in writing, customers may not use our data to train public AI models, train commercial AI products, or upload substantial portions of data into publicly accessible AI systems.
