1. Introduction
My Waypoint Technologies Inc. aims to consider accessibility throughout the design, development, and maintenance of its websites, applications, and digital services.
Accessibility requirements may vary depending on product maturity, functionality, and development stage.
We welcome accessibility feedback and will make reasonable efforts to review and address reported accessibility concerns.
Formal accessibility audits and accessibility-conformance assessments may be conducted periodically where appropriate.
2. Standards
Our engineering target for the MyWaypoint Trust Centre is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
This is an engineering objective. It is not a legal certification claim. Formal conformance assessment requires independent audit.
