Data Quality Standards

1. Introduction

This Data Quality Standards document defines My Waypoint Technologies Inc.'s data quality commitments, known limitations, and the responsibilities of users when relying on our data.

Our goal is to provide useful, reliable, and current data while being transparent about the inherent limitations of data compiled from public and third-party sources.

2. Quality Commitments

We make reasonable efforts to:

  • Collect data from reliable, lawful sources
  • Normalize and standardize data consistently
  • Identify and resolve duplicate records
  • Review datasets for coverage, accuracy, and internal consistency before delivery
  • Document known limitations, caveats, and excluded records
  • Update datasets on a reasonable schedule
  • Respond to reported data quality issues

3. Known Limitations

Users should be aware of the following inherent limitations:

  • Data may originate from public sources, third-party sources, customer submissions, automated collection processes, manual research, or other sources
  • Information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, inconsistent, duplicated, or contain errors
  • Records may change after publication — businesses, organizations, licenses, products, contacts, locations, and other information may not be current at the time of access
  • Source information may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, delays, or inaccuracies that are outside our control
  • Geographic enrichment is performed using authoritative public reference data but may not reflect the most current boundaries or identifiers

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

My Waypoint Technologies Inc. makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, currency, validity, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information contained within its datasets or services.

All data is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Our data and services do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, investment, medical, accounting, compliance, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions requiring professional advice.

You should not rely solely on our data for legal compliance, licensing decisions, regulatory filings, investment decisions, safety decisions, or other high-risk decisions.
